Returns

We have a zero-return policy. All sales are final and we do not allow returns on any of our products. Please check your order details for accuracy before placing your order. Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to your order.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hotmessexpresstransfers@gmail.comwe may request pictures and/or have your item sent to 6309 South Western Amarillo, TX 79110

If your item was lost and/or damaged during shipping, we will inquire as to if you chose to have shipping insurance on your package. The shipping Insurance option is chosen at checkout.

If you did not choose to have insurance, we will not be able to exchange your product. If you do have insurance on the package, you will have to file an insurance claim with the postal service for the package and place another order for the item.
