How do I know when my order ready for pick up?
- You will receive a notification usually via email when order is ready for pick up. If you have not received anything after 3 business days, please contact us for a update.
Do you offer local store pickup?
- Yes we do! We love to see our customers. You can find all the local pick up info HERE
What is your turn around time?
- DTF transfers for our local customers are ready within 1-3 business day. Shipping orders are ready to ship in 1-3 business days.
- NO If the image is blurry and or pixelated it will look like that after print.
Do you offer customs?
- Yes, we do!
- We offer custom individual transfers and custom gang sheets with no minimum.

Check My Artwork
- We make no guarantees that we will inspect your artwork prior to printing. If you're not sure your artwork is correct. You need to ensure its 300 dpi, transparent, and ready for print. If there are issues with your file and you chose for us to check your artwork we will contact you for any requested changes.
